Arrest warrant issued against Kamal R Khan for his objectionable comment on Manoj Bajpayee

Mumbai (Best Hindu News): Kamal R Khan is often seen taking a dig at celebrities on social media. Last year he took a dig at one of the most versatile actors of the Indian film industry, Manoj Bajpayee and it didn’t go down well with the actor. Manoj Bajpayee had filed a complaint against KRK at the Indore police station. As per the latest reports, things have taken a serious turn for self-styled film critic KRK and an arrest warrant has been issued against him.

In the year 2021, film critic KRK allegedly called actor Manoj Bajpayee a ‘drug addict’. Now if reports are to be believed then the Indore court has taken strict action against Kamal R Khan. According to multiple media reports, Indore Court has issued an arrest warrant against KRK in response to Manoj Bajpayee’s defamation case. The report states that the Judicial Magistrate First Class in Indore has issued an arrest warrant on Thursday and the next hearing will be on May 10. This information has been given by the actor’s lawyer Paresh Joshi.

The report further states that the court had earlier issued a bailable warrant against KRK in the Manoj Bajpayee case as he remained absent from the court. Not only this, Manoj allegedly claimed in his application that Manoj Bajpayee deliberately remained absent from the court as he wanted to delay.

KRK’s lawyer has claimed that he has approached the Supreme Court in the Manoj Bajpayee case. A few days back, KRK tweeted about the hearing of the matter in the Supreme Court on March 20, in which he took a jibe at Bajpai. He wrote, ‘Manoj Bajpayee is living in Mumbai but he went to Indore to file a case against me. Means they don’t trust @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice & Mumbai courts. The hearing of the case is in the Supreme Court on 20 March 2023.
