Today, 300 women of Baghed, Harlog and Bairimiya Panchayat of Jhanduta of Ghumarwin were given certificates after 45 days of training.

This program to promote employment and self-employment has trained about 4000 people. Shikhar not only increases the self-confidence and esteem of women through skills but also makes them self-reliant. We have named it from ‘Shunar’ to ‘Shikhar’ because if you have a degree and do not have skills then there is incompleteness. It is very important for a person to have skills. “With the aim of making women self-reliant and providing them the means to get self-employment, beauty and wellness training camps are being organized by experienced trainers for women in rural areas.”
