According to Sagarkumar Jain’s petition, the use of helmet will not be mandatory on the driver within the limits of the Municipal Corporation. It will be mandatory to wear helmet on the road which has got the status of state road or highway. After this, if any traffic person or any policeman asks why you are not wearing a helmet, then you can tell him that I am in the city limits of Municipal Corporation, Municipal Panchayat Samiti.
