For those unaware, the actor is returning to his most famous role ‘Tommy Shelby’. Netflix is making a film on the famous TV series ‘Peaky Blinders’, the production of which has officially started.

On his role as Tommy Shelby, Murphy said, ‘It feels like Tommy Shelby has never stopped working with me…It’s very satisfying to be working with Steven Knight and Tom Harper again on the film version of Peaky Blinders. This is for the fans. The Netflix film is based on the six-season series and stars Murphy, Paul Anderson, Helen McCrory, Tom Hardy and Joe Cole. So far, Saltburn’s Barry Keoghan and Dune’s Rebecca Ferguson have been confirmed for the film.
