Winter season means dry skin. Winter season is coming soon and it has a deep impact on our delicate skin. Cold, chilly and snowy winds have a severe effect on our skin. The skin becomes dry and starts cracking and after becoming dry the skin also starts itching. Everyone likes to sit in the sun in winter, but due to a little carelessness, the skin gets burnt and becomes dark. In this season, we should not only take general care of our skin, but should also pay special attention to some parts of the face and body, like lips, elbows, heels etc. With a few precautions, you can get supple, soft and beautiful skin even in the winter season. So try these and get soft glowing skin.

– Make a paste by mixing a pinch of turmeric and a little sesame oil in one tablespoon of barley flour. Leave it on the skin for 10 minutes. After that wash with lukewarm water. Your dry skin will also become soft.

– Boil orange slices in two tablespoons of water, cool, filter and leave it on your skin for 10 minutes. Now take bath with lukewarm water.

– Rub sapota pulp on the skin for 20 minutes. Then wash with lukewarm water. The skin will glow with a unique glow.

– Mix lemon juice, glycerine and rose water in equal quantity and apply it on open parts of the body. This will make the skin glow and prevent skin cracking.

– Always use lukewarm water in winter because cold water hinders oxygen from reaching the skin.

– To remove dryness of the skin, add a few drops of olive oil and a little raw milk to rose water. Rub it on the skin with light hands. After 10 minutes, take bath with lukewarm water.

– Extract juice of carrot and tomato and apply it on the face. After drying, wash the face with lukewarm water.

– The skin of the lips is very thin and lacks lubrication glands, so the lips dry up very quickly and start cracking. After cleansing, apply almond-rich cream on the lips and leave it for the whole night. It makes the skin soft.

– Almond oil or milk cream can also be used as a home remedy to make the skin soft and supple.

– Cream containing turmeric and lemon should be used before bathing. This makes the skin soft.

– Winter also has adverse effects on elbows. The skin of this area is very dry and hard because there are no oil glands here. Cut the lemon into two parts and rub it on the elbows. This clears the color of the elbows.

– After bathing, apply moisturizer cream on the elbows.
