Between January and March 19, 451 cases of H3N2 have been reported, after which the state governments have come on alert mode. According to official information, 9 people have died due to this virus. On last Friday (March 17), a 73-year-old man died due to this virus in Pune city of Maharashtra. At the same time, two new cases have been registered in Gurugram on Saturday (March 18).

Delhi Health Minister appeals to the people
At the same time, Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj appealed to the public to stay away from crowded places due to the increasing cases of corona and H3N2 influenza. He said, ‘There are fewer cases in government hospitals. 20 cases of influenza have been found in Lok Nayak Hospital and 8-10 in other hospitals.

352 cases of H3N2 influenza in Maharashtra
Maharashtra has reported 352 cases of H3N2 influenza, which are being treated in various hospitals. To this Maharashtra Health Minister Tanaji Sawant said, “H3N2 virus is spreading in the state but there is no need to worry. People should not go to crowded areas, wear masks and maintain social distancing. Sawant blamed the change in weather for the rising number of cases.
