Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, speaking during an emergency session of Parliament, said that his government is accused of having links with the Indian agent who murdered Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in British Columbia in June. He has appealed to the Government of India to cooperate in eradicating this issue. Foreign Minister Melanie Jolie said that the Trudeau government has taken immediate action in this matter. “We are a senior Indian officer who has moved to Canada,” he told the officer concerned.

Canada’s High Commissioner to India was received today and was informed about the Indian Government’s action. The concerned High Commissioners have been asked to leave India in the next five days.
