According to officials, the budget may provide new tablets to all regular, invited and contractual teachers, vice-principals and principals of government schools in Delhi. Delhi government’s budget for 2023-24 may be Rs 80,000 crore. The budget for the financial year 2022-23 was Rs 75,800 crore while the budget for 2021-22 was Rs 69,000 crore. Delhi Finance Minister Kailash Gehlot will present the budget for 2023-24 on March 21 and before that the result budget of the government will come. The CBI has arrested Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in connection with the alleged scam in the Delhi Excise Policy. After that Gehlot has been given his charge.
