Mallika Sherawat has reportedly revealed that many male actors have invited her to their hotel rooms at night. In a recent video that went viral on social media, Mallika discussed how her bold roles in films made some stars think that she would be open to casual behavior off-screen. Mallika Sherawat recently discussed the challenges she faces in Bollywood due to her bold on-screen persona and her comments are going viral on Reddit.

She revealed that many top actors believed that her daring roles meant she would be willing to compromise off-screen as well. These actors would often call him at night, hoping to meet him, believing that his on-screen boldness reflected his private life. However, Mallika strongly rejected these offers, emphasizing her commitment to her values. He candidly admitted that his refusal to meet these unreasonable expectations ultimately led to him being sidelined in the industry, which resulted in him getting fewer roles because he refused to engage in the power dynamics like some actors. According to the viral Reddit post, Mallika said, “Some hero used to call me and say, ‘Come to meet me at night’. And I used to say on the phone, ‘Why should I meet you at night? For what?’ He used to say, ‘Hey, you do such bold roles on screen, so what is the problem in meeting me at night?’ The heroes were taking such liberties with me. They thought that when they do such bold scenes on screen, they can be bold with us too, I am not like that.

Throughout her career, Mallika has played courageous and unconventional roles, challenging social norms many times.
