‘250 grams blanched spinach
‘1/4 cup gram dal 1/2 hr
soaked in water
‘1/4 tsp garam masala
‘1 tablespoon rice flour
‘100 grams shredded cheese
’20 raisins
‘1/4 tsp black pepper powder
‘2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
‘Enough to bake kebabs
refined oil
‘Salt as per taste.

Method:

# Add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the gram dal and cook it in a pressure cooker until it melts. Let the water dry.

# Cool the lentils and mash them with a masher. Drain the water from the blanched spinach thoroughly and grind it.

# Mix mash dal, garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and rice flour well.

# Mix black pepper powder, raisins, coriander leaves and a pinch of salt in the paneer. Now take some spinach mixture.

# Fill the cheese filling in the middle and close it. When all the kebabs are ready, pour oil on a non-stick pan and cook till it turns red.

# Tasty kebab is ready.
