Indian Team of World Cup: Big change in India’s World Cup, Aksharla Dachhu; Ashvinchi Entry
Pudhari Online Desk: The Indian attack is about to change a lot for the upcoming ODI World Cup. Experienced offspinner Ravichandran Ashwin has been included in the 15-member squad and he has replaced injured Axar Patel. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) made a big announcement on Thursday itself.
Akshar Patel is not injured. On 15 September, Rosie would have got injured in the Asia Cup-2023 match against Bangladesh. Yassah Akshar’s dreams of playing ODI World Cup are shattered. Ashwin Yadav has gone to Guwahati with Sangh, where there is a possibility of playing against England in the Sarawak match on 30th September.
Ashwinla would have got a chance in the 3-match ODI series against Australia. In which he did a strong performance. He took 3 wickets in the second ODI of the series played in Indore. He got fame in Mohali by getting 1 sacrifice. Thus he or Malik played 2 innings and took 4 wickets. The special thing is that Ashwin made a comeback in the format after almost 20 months and he showed his spin magic. After all Akshar Juditoon Savru Shakla Nastana Ashwinla has got the World Cup ticket.
Ashwinla has the experience of playing 115 ODIs. He has taken 155 wickets at international level in OR format. At present, he has taken 489 wickets in 94 Test matches and 72 wickets in 65 T-20 International matches.
