Jawan Box Office Collection Day 13: Shahrukh Khan’s Jawan starring Nayanthara in a double role and Vijay Sethupathi is doing well at the box office. The film is getting a lot of love from the audience.
Jawan has broken the records of many Bollywood films by giving a strong opening. Now this movie has crossed the Rs 500 crore mark at the domestic box office of all languages.
According to a report by Sacnilk.com, as per initial estimates the film collected Rs 14 crore on Tuesday. After 13 days of its release in India, it has now become Rs 507.88 crore.
Jawan was released in theaters on 7th September on Janmashtami. It earned Rs 75 crore in India on its opening day and reached Rs 80 crore on Sunday, which was its biggest single day collection.
Shahrukh Khan’s film earned Rs 389 crore in the first week and now it has crossed the Rs 500 crore mark even before completing its second week at the box office.
Jawan is now the fourth highest-grossing Hindi film in India after Pathan, Baahubali: The Conclusion and Gadar 2. It has recently overtaken the Hindi collection of KGF Chapter 2.
At the worldwide box office, Jawan has earned Rs 883 crore. This is expected to increase even more with time.
Directed by Atlee, Jaawan marked Nayanthara’s Hindi film debut. The film also stars Deepika Padukone in an extended cameo and Sanjay Dutt in a cameo, along with Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Riddhi Dogra, Lahar Khan, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya.
There is no stopping Shahrukh this year as he has already given two big hits with ‘Pathan’ and ‘Jawaan’. Talking about his third release in a year, he said at the Jaawaan success event, “We started on January 26, Republic Day (with Pathan), then on Janmashtami we released Jaawaan, now New Year and Christmas are around the corner. Yes, we will release Donkey.”
