India’s Asian Cup is hosted by Pakistan; But the Indian Cricket Association will not go to Shejar’s country without the permission of the Central Government, PCB Chairman Najam Sethi proposed a ‘hybrid model’ where four games would be organized in their country.

It is learned from Asian Cricket Council sources that Sethi’s proposed hybrid model in which Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Afghanistan would play four primary fronts in Pakistan and India would play all of them in neutral venues.
According to the information received, ACC chief Jay Shah will hold a meeting of the executive board, where a final announcement will be made in this regard. There is no problem for PCBA to play against India at a neutral venue. The Asia Cup will be held from September 1 to 17.
