Talking to news agency PTI-Bhasha, GlobalLogic CEO Nitesh Banga said that the company is looking for talented people in India and plans to increase its workforce by 25-35 percent every year. He said that in spite of huge amount of layoffs in America, India is not going to do soft things anymore.

talent will be needed to get the job done

Nitesh Banga said, if Google, Twitter or Facebook or any of these customers actually put people out of jobs in the US, it is not that they do not need to make products. They will still have to work and I am sure a large part of that work will go to India, because they will still need talent to get their work done. However, companies would now like to do this at a lower cost. He said, we recruit around 1000 people in a month. 50 per cent of them hire in India. We will increase this number by 25-35 percent every year.
