Nawaz Modi put a big condition on getting divorce from Gautam Singhania, asked for 75% share in property worth Rs 11000 crore

Raymond Group Chairman and Managing Director Gautam Singhania and his wife Nawaz Modi have decided to separate. Some time back, Gautam Singhania had shared this information with the world by sharing a post on social media. Both of them have decided to separate after living together for 32 years.

Meanwhile, information has come that Nawaz Modi has now set a condition for separation from Gautam. In this condition, Nawaz Modi has asked for 75 percent share in the property of Gautam Singhania for both his daughters and himself. Gautam Singhania’s net worth is around Rs 11,620 crore.

According to media reports, the couple seems to be in complete agreement with each other regarding the terms of divorce. However, Gautam Singhania has suggested that a family trust be created, into which the family’s property and assets will be transferred. Gautam will also become the sole trustee of this trust. The family will be allowed to bequeath his property only after his death. However, it is believed that Nawaz does not seem to agree on the issue of trust formation.

According to the report of Economic Times, Nawaz Modi has informed that everything is in the initial stage. No concrete decision has been taken yet on any matter.
