Rahul Gandhi is trapped in BJP’s cycle, the coming time is very difficult for Congress

Rahul Gandhi should remove those people from among the leaders stationed around him who are taking support of Rahul Gandhi only to advance themselves. Many leaders without mass base are sitting on big positions with the help of Rahul Gandhi.

Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi seems to be trapped in the cycle of politics. In a defamation case, a Surat court sentenced him to two years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 15,000. Although the court, while granting bail to Rahul Gandhi at the same time, gave him time to appeal in the higher court in a month. Based on this decision of the lower court, the Lok Sabha abolished the membership of Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi will have to appeal in the higher court in his defense, only then he will be able to avoid going to jail and his membership of Parliament will also be possibly restored.

It is noteworthy that before the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, during a rally in Kolar, Karnataka, Rahul Gandhi had said why all thieves have Modi as their surname. Be it Lalit Modi, Nirav Modi or Narendra Modi. Regarding this, BJP MLA from Surat West, Purnesh Modi filed a defamation case against Rahul Gandhi and said that Rahul Gandhi has called our entire society a thief and this is a defamation of our society. During the hearing of this case, Rahul Gandhi appeared in the Surat court thrice and declared himself innocent. In the same case, the court of Surat Chief Judicial Magistrate HS Verma convicted Rahul Gandhi under sections 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code. But at the same time, giving him bail, the sentence was suspended for 30 days so that he could get a chance to appeal in the High Court.

Only 26 hours after the Surat court sentenced Rahul Gandhi, the Lok Sabha disqualified him from membership. If the Speaker of the Lok Sabha wanted, he could have been kept as a Member of Parliament till the decision of the higher court. But under the pressure of the government, his membership was canceled in a hurry. Rahul Gandhi is besieged from all sides by the decision of the court. He will soon have to present his stand by appealing in the Gujarat High Court. If Rahul Gandhi does not get relief even from the High Court, then he will be ineligible to contest elections for the next eight years.

At present, the Congress party is surrounded from all sides. Politically also the party is getting weak. In such a situation, the imprisonment of Rahul Gandhi and the loss of his membership of Parliament is a big blow for the Congress party. The Congress party will have to take its legal steps very carefully. You will have to present your side firmly in the court. If Rahul Gandhi gets relief from the upper court, then it will be a huge relief for the Congress party.

The central government is in a completely attacking mood on all other opposition parties of the country including the Congress. Leaders of opposition parties are constantly being targeted through government agencies. Lok Sabha elections are to be held in 2024. Before that, assembly elections will also be held in many states including Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka. Where Congress has to compete directly with BJP. In such a situation, BJP wants to weaken the morale of Congress leaders by suppressing them in various ways.

To avoid such a situation, Rahul Gandhi should remove those people from the leaders stationed around him, who are taking support of Rahul Gandhi only to advance themselves. Many leaders without mass base are sitting on big positions with the help of Rahul Gandhi. Whose public base is zero. There are many leaders posted on big posts who have never contested elections in their life till date. Many big leaders have lost many elections in a row. Leaders without mass base often give wrong advice to Rahul Gandhi to make his numbers in his eyes by taking advantage of his closeness. Rahul Gandhi should know that what comes out of the mouth cannot be taken back. In political life, the use of such words should be avoided, whose result is negative. Today Rahul Gandhi has been declared a criminal by the court because of his wrong statements.

If Rahul Gandhi does not get relief from Gujarat High Court, then he will have to go to jail. With this, he will not be able to contest any election for the next 8 years. This will end his entire political credibility. BJP leaders only want that the credibility of Rahul Gandhi should be destroyed. Rahul Gandhi deliberately gives them such opportunities. Right now four more defamation cases are going on against Rahul Gandhi. On which the decision is yet to come. Cases are going on in Bhiwandi Court in Maharashtra, Guwahati Court in Assam, a court in Ranchi and Shivdi Court in Mazgaon, Maharashtra.

Although Rahul Gandhi is working hard these days to revive the Congress. But they are unable to control the satraps of the Congress sitting in the states. Many regional satraps do their arbitrary. Due to which the party becomes weak, the discipline of the party is also broken. In Rajasthan, a wrong message is being sent to the common workers of the party by not taking any action against the leaders who opposed the party six months ago. Congress should also avoid such incidents. No matter how big the leader who rebels from the party is, he should be shown the way out of the party. Only then will discipline be maintained in the party.

Congress leaders should form a strong opposition front in the entire country like Maharashtra so that the BJP can be given a tough fight in the coming elections. The BJP was completely blown away by the success of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. In order to reduce the effect of that padyatra, the leaders of the Congress party are being pressurized in various ways. If the leaders of all the opposition parties leave their egos and fight unitedly, then the BJP will not be able to stand anywhere in front of them. BJP leaders are also aware of this, that’s why various tactics are being used to create division in the opposition parties, with which there is a need to proceed cautiously.
