Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji recently visited Amritsar and sought divine blessings at the famous Sri Harmandir Sahib or the Golden Temple. A photo is going viral on the internet in which Rani is seen standing with folded hands in front of the temple. Rani visited the Golden Temple at a time when her film ‘Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway’ was released in theatres.

In the film, Rani is playing the role of a mother who is battling the state for her children. The film is based on the book The Journey of a Mother by Sagarika Chakraborty. Directed by Ashima Chibber, ‘Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’ also stars Neena Gupta, Jim Sarbh and Anirban Bhattacharya.

The film released in theaters on Friday.
