necessary ingredients –
Gram flour – 1 cup
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Noodles – 1 cup boiled
Mushroom – 2 chopped into small pieces
Cabbage – half cup thinly sliced
Green chilli – 1-2 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch, cut into long thin pieces
Green coriander – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Salt – 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Red chilli – 1/4 tsp
Oil – for frying pakodas
1.Put gram flour and corn flour in a bowl, add water little by little, stir until lumps disappear, add more water and make a batter of pakora-like consistency. Keep beating the solution for 4-5 minutes. Beat this solution to make it completely smooth.
2. Add salt, red chilli, green chilli, green coriander, ginger, chopped mushrooms, cabbage and noodles to the batter and mix well till everything gets mixed.
3.Put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, take a little of the mixture with a spoon or by hand and put it in the pan. Put 4-5 or as many pakodas as you can fit in the pan. Fry the pakodas by turning them till they turn golden brown. Take out the fried pakodas on a plate covered with napkin paper. Prepare all the noodles and pakoras by frying them in the same manner.
4. Hot crispy noodles pakodas are ready. Serve noodles pakoda with tomato sauce or green coriander spicy chutney and eat.
