Potato – 4 (boiled)
Paneer – 250 grams

Raisins – 2 tbsp
Cashew – 2 tbsp
Cashew paste – 50 grams
Turmeric – half teaspoon
King Masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp

how to make
First of all leave the boiled potatoes in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
2 Mash the cottage cheese and potatoes well to make Malai Kofta.
3 Now cut raisins and cashews into small pieces and also add a teaspoon of sugar to it.
Then heat oil in a pan.
5 After this, make balls of paneer mixture and fill dry fruits inside.
6 Then fry these koftas, if they burst, take them out and apply dry flour, then fry them.
7 Frying onion, ginger, garlic, tomato for gravy, add cashew paste to it.
8 Then add 2 tbsp hot milk, Kasuri Methi and all the dry spices to this mixture.
9 Keep in mind that you have to fry it till the oil leaves the edge of the mixture.
10 Then add half a cup of water to it and when you feel that the gravy has become slightly thick, add cream, sugar and kasoori methi to it.
11 After this leave the gravy on low flame.
Never put kofta in hot gravy. This breaks the koftas.
13 While serving Malai Kofta, first put Kofta in the bowl and then pour gravy on top.
