But you might not have eaten tomato pickle till now and if you have, you would definitely know its taste. In such a situation, today we are going to tell you the recipe of pickle made from tomatoes.
You have to take a pan and then heat the pan properly. After this, you have to add fenugreek to it and fry it for a few minutes. When the fenugreek cools down, add mustard to it. Now put it in a mixer grinder and prepare the powder.
After this you have to take another pan and add oil to it. When the oil becomes hot, put chopped pieces of tomato in it and cook it while stirring well. Now pour sugar over the tomatoes and cook well. After this add salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well. Add ground mustard and fenugreek powder to it, add red chillies on top. Your pickle is ready.
