Paneer – 250 grams
Rice flour – 3 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1 pinch
Method
First of all take cheese and cut it into pieces. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, chaat masala and a little salt in a bowl and mix well. Add cheese pieces to this mixture and mix them well. After that, put gram flour in another bowl and prepare the batter by adding water. Add turmeric, chilli powder, chaat masala to it and mix well. If you want, you can add baking soda to the batter.
Now after the gram flour batter is completely prepared, heat oil in the pan. After this, take pieces of paneer, dip them in gram flour batter, put them in hot oil and fry. After this serve them with chutney or sauce.
