Recipe: Try special ‘Chana Masala Sandwich’ for evening snacks today

* necessary ingredients :
– One cup remaining chana masala
– Bread slices 6
– One onion (finely chopped)
– One tomato (finely chopped)
– Two green chillies (finely chopped)
– One teaspoon green coriander (finely chopped)
– two spoons of butter
– Salt as per taste
* recipe :
– Put the remaining chana masala in a pan on medium flame and dry it. When its water dries completely, mash it lightly and keep it aside.
– Mix onion, tomato, green chilli and chopped coriander in a bowl and mix well.
– Now take bread slices and spread mashed chana masala evenly in it and then spread the prepared onion-tomato layer on top.
– Place plain bread on top of the bread with filling and close it.
– Heat a pan on medium flame.
As soon as the pan is hot, place the bread and apply butter on both the sides and cook it well.
– Chana masala sandwich is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
