Renowned Odia actress and singer Ruchismita Guru was found dead on March 26 under mysterious circumstances at her uncle’s house in Balangir, Odisha. The body of the late actress has been sent for postmortem.

Her father told news outlet Orissa Post that she was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. Her Instagram account was with the username ‘ruchismita_cerelac’. It had 3250 followers. She often uploaded dance covers on her Instagram handle.
