How to make Sattu Salted Syrup
Material
3 tbsp sattu powder
1 onion, finely chopped (optional)

1 finely chopped green chilli
salt to taste
chaat masala as per taste
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
1/2 tsp black salt (more or less as per taste)
juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp roasted cumin
300 ml water

recipe
Mix sattu with little water in a jar in such a way that no lumps remain in it. Then add the remaining water and all other ingredients to this solution and mix well. Serve chilled garnished with coriander leaves.

How to make sweet syrup of Sattu
Material
2 tbsp Sattu
350 ml water
1 tbsp sugar/honey/jaggery or your favorite sweetener
a pinch of black salt (optional)
