islamabad (Best Hindu News): The noose is getting tighter on the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan. He has been banned from leaving the country. Along with Imran, 80 members of his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party have been included in the no-fly list. Imran’s wife Bushra Bibi has also been banned from leaving the country.

On the other hand, Imran Khan has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the government’s decision to impose Article 245 in several provinces, calling it an undeclared martial law.

Explain that under Article 245 of the Constitution of Pakistan, the army is deployed to protect the country. Imran has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the government’s decision to impose Article 245 in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Islamabad.

Imran has said in the petition that the arrest, investigation and trial of civilians under the Army Act 1952 is unconstitutional and illegal.

He said that pressurizing PTI members to leave the party is unconstitutional under Article 17 of the Constitution. Along with this, he has also demanded setting up of a commission to investigate the violence that took place in the country on May 9.
