Shilpa Shetty shared the video of Fab Core workout, said- It is not as easy as it seems

Mumbai . Actress and fitness freak Shilpa Shetty shares a glimpse of her “fab core” workout.

Shilpa shared a video on X while working out with her gym friend, in which both are seen balancing each other.

While sharing the video, the actress wrote in the caption, “First day of the week and Monday of April.” The feeling of completing this workout in the first try also added to it. It’s not as easy as it sounds, but it’s a fab core workout. The person on top should perform a pike, while the person on the bottom should perform weighted sit-ups while maintaining strong tight form.”

“I did this with my gym friend Yashmeen Chauhan. Tag your friend with whom you want to try it. And if you do, don’t forget to tag me!”

The actress further cautioned, “This workout requires a strong partner, so people with less practice should not try it.”

On the work front, Shilpa will soon be seen in the Kannada action film ‘KD – The Devil’, an action film directed by Prem.

It also stars Dhruv Sarja, V Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reshma Nanaiah, Jisshu Sengupta and Sanjay Dutt.
