Surat: MoU signed between SGCCI and KCCI Nepal. Loktej Surat, Business News

Under the SGCCI Global Connect Mission 84 organized by South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, members of Kapilvastu Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nepal and South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Surat will provide mutual professional exchange and stay connected . An MoU has been signed between the two chambers of commerce and industry.
Chirag Desai, Chairman of SGCCI Business Connect and Soft Skills Development Committee and Co-Chairman of HR and Training Committee, as a representative of SGCCI, visited Kapilvastu Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Nepal. During this he visited Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Indian Embassy in Kathmandu.
The representative of the Chamber gave detailed information about the rich trade and industry of Surat and various industrial activities of South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Surat at the above three places. He gave a detailed presentation on the SGCCI Global Connect Mission 84 project. In which he informed the local businessmen about various efforts being made under Mission 84 to increase exports from Gujarat region with the aim of further strengthening the economy of India. A proposal for a Memorandum of Understanding was presented so that the industrialists of Surat and the industrialists of Nepal could have mutual business exchanges and be mutually beneficial. Which was signed by Dholkharam Ghimire, President of Kapilvastu Chamber of Commerce and Industry. On the other hand, Ramesh Waghasia, President of The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, signed the MoU.
After the MoU signed between Surat Chamber of Commerce and Kapilvastu Chamber of Commerce of Nepal, business exchange will be possible between the members of Chamber of Commerce of both the countries. Along with this, the industrialists of Surat as well as the industrialists of Nepal will also get necessary business guidance and support. This will help each other in achieving the export target of Rs 84,000 crore under Mission 84 of SGCCI in the near future.
Chamber representative Chirag Desai, on behalf of President Ramesh Vaghasia, invited Kapilvastu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry to visit Surat with a delegation of local businessmen. Also, both the Chambers of Commerce of Nepal invited a delegation of industrialists from Surat to visit industries in Nepal under the aegis of SGCCI. The invitation extended by South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Surat was gladly accepted by both the Chamber of Commerce of Nepal and responded positively to visit the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Surat.
