Swachh Bharat Abhiyan completes 10 years, Anu Malik makes this special appeal
Mumbai (Uttam Hindu News): Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has completed ten years on October 2, 2024. On this occasion, famous music director and singer Anu Malik appealed to participate in this important campaign. Anu Malik said in a video message, “Hello, I am Anu Malik. There is just one important thing I want to tell you and that is cleanliness of nature, cleanliness of values. I request the public to please join them. This is very important for all of us.”
He further said, “Cleanliness is service. Come, let us contribute to the cleanliness work around us. When we serve someone, cleanliness becomes extremely important. This campaign is an important step to keep our society clean.”
Anu Malik suggested visiting the Swachh Bharat government website for more information related to the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. He said, “I repeat, go to the Swachh Bharat government website and join this campaign. This campaign of cleanliness is the responsibility of all of us. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat, Jai Maharashtra.”
Earlier, on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said in the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program that a tremendous campaign regarding cleanliness is being run across the country. He had said that if we look around, we will find that some unique effort regarding cleanliness is going on in every part of the country. In a few days, on 2nd October, ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’ is completing 10 years. This is an occasion to congratulate those people who made it such a big mass movement in Indian history. It is also a true tribute to Mahatma Gandhiji, who was dedicated to this cause throughout his life.
