Tricolor insulted – uttamhindu.com

Freedom Struggle After getting independence, a handful of people of the Sikh community, who sacrificed more than their proportion for the pride and glory of the tricolor, because of the kind of incidents that are being carried out in the country and abroad in the name of Khalistan. Indian Sikh society is facing shame. America, England, Canada and Australia including the response from Pakistan and other countries on the arrest of Amritpal, the leader of ‘Waris Punjab De’ organization and the arrest of his supporters and the incidents that have taken place. It is clear that everything is happening under a conspiracy against India in view of India’s increasing importance and strengthening position at the international level.

The policy adopted by the governments of the state and the country regarding the above developments gives a message to the separatists that those who insult the tricolor will not be tolerated and those who dream of dividing the country will also be dealt with strictly. What is the sentiment in the mind of the people of the country towards the tricolor, it can be understood from the poem written by Sham Lal Parshad during the freedom struggle, I am placing it before you:
victorious world tricolor lovely,
keep our flag high
The one who always showers love
The body and mind of the motherland that cheers the heroes
keep our flag high
Writing in the grueling run of freedom, enthusiasm increased in every detail
Seeing the trembling enemy, all the fear-crisis will be removed from the mind.
keep our flag high
Under this flag, fearless self-rule, we will now walk with determination
Say India’s victory, freedom is our goal
keep our flag high
Come, dear heroes, come, sacrifice yourself for the country
Let us all sing together, dear India, our country
keep our flag high
Its glory should not be known even if it dies
Show us by conquering the world, then only our vow will be fulfilled
keep our flag high
The sentiments expressed by Punjabi poet Shiv Batalvi regarding the Tricolor are as follows:
flag tricolor unique your pride
All the countrymen should not respect you
Ik ik tar teri, jaap muhon bolidi
Freedom is always mull, blood is broken
high simple ambaran te jhulda nishan an
Flag, tricolor, unique, your pride
Sava rang tera dasse, khetiyan de rang nu
Wearing kesari, the martyr does not know the war
Chitta Rang Tera Sada Shanti Vidhan
Flag, tricolor, unique, your pride
Tinne rang kathe ho ke, unity nu dasde
Teri Chhaya Heth, Saare Bhai Bhai Vasde
Chakkar Ashok da Vikas da mark
Flag, tricolor, unique, your pride
All the countrymen should respect you!
Insulting the tricolor is an insult to the freedom fighters who died for the country and the brave soldiers who laid down their lives on the borders. The tricolor is a symbol of India’s sovereignty, strict action should be taken against those who play with the country’s pride, honor and dignity, whether abroad or in the country.
