According to the US Geological Survey, the epicenter of the earthquake was about 33 km from Gaziantep at a depth of 18 km. Another strong tremor of 6.7 magnitude was felt 10 minutes after the earthquake. Till now no news of any damage has been given by the Turkish administration, but in the videos which are being posted on social media, big damage is being claimed.

According to the news, many buildings collapsed in the strong tremors of the earthquake, in which people got buried.
