He said that with the use of organic fertilizers, the beneficial insects of the soil called friendly insects increase. Better benefits can be obtained by preparing vermi compost in different ways from organic fertilizers. He said that there is a need to keep organic farming alive. He said but asked the teachers to bring the knowledge acquired during the training to the ground level and share it with the people. Present Director Extension Education Dr. MS Kundu said that if there are no animals on earth, farming will become impossible. Animals have an important contribution in making the society pollution free.
