The court has granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on a surety bond of Rs 15,000. Kejriwal has come out of Rouse Avenue Court. Arvind Kejriwal appeared before the court on Saturday in connection with two cases registered against him by the investigating agency for not appearing on the summons of ED in the Delhi Excise Policy case. The security of the court was tightened regarding Kejriwal’s appearance.
Bail on personal bond of Rs 15,000 and surety amount of Rs 1 lakh.
Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court ACMM has granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on a personal bond of Rs 15,000 and a surety amount of Rs 1 lakh. Kejriwal’s appearance came after the court issued summons to him on the basis of two ED complaints in connection with the Delhi Excise Policy case.
Court allowed Kejriwal to leave the room
The court has granted bail to Arvind Kejriwal in two cases registered by the investigating agency for not appearing on the summons of ED. After this the court allowed Kejriwal to leave the court room. Hearing will continue in the two cases registered by ED.
