The company manufactures digital flexo plates, traditional flexo printing plates, letter press plates, metal back plates and coating plates. The company’s two subsidiaries are Creative Graphics Premedia Private Limited and Vereen India Private Limited. 64 lakh shares are being brought into the market by the company through IPO. The proceeds from the IPO will be used to meet the company’s working capital requirements, repay loans, acquisitions and general corporate expenses.
