Maruti Grand Vitara is available with 2 petrol engine and 1 CNG option. Its petrol engines are of 1462 cc and 1490 cc while CNG. It is available with manual and automatic transmission. The Grand Vitara mileage ranges from 19.38 to 27.97 kmpl depending on the variant and fuel type. The Grand Vitara is a 5 seater.
Design and Color Options
The Maruti Grand Vitara is a good looking SUV. It looks bigger than its other pierces. At the front, it gets a large chrome grille with the Suzuki logo in the centre. The grille of the SUV is surrounded by LED DRLs while the headlamps are positioned below. It gets 17-inch machine-cut alloy wheels and connected LED taillamps at the rear. Maruti Suzuki will offer the Grand Vitara SUV in six mono-tone colors and three dual-tone shades. Maruti’s latest flagship SUV will be offered in India with two engine options. It will get a 1.5-litre petrol engine with strong hybrid technology, which will be paired with an e-CVT. This is the same powertrain that will underpin the Toyota Urban Cruiser Harrier as well. This makes it the most fuel efficient SUV in India. It generates 91 Bhp and 122 Nm while the electric motor produces 79 Bhp and 141 Nm. The combined output of this powertrain is rated at 114 Bhp. The second engine will be a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol unit from Maruti that will generate 101 bhp and 136.8 Nm of peak torque. This engine will come with 5-speed manual gearbox and 6-speed AT. Apart from this, the manual variant will also get an optional AWD system.

Talking about the features, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara gets a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Suzuki’s connected car technology, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Some other features include a panoramic sunroof, wireless smartphone charger, digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats. The SUV gets safety equipment like 360-degree parking camera, 6 airbags, ESP, hill hold assist, hill descent control, TPMS.
