To further strengthen its commitment towards rural markets, it has deployed its 100th Mobile Seva Van (MSV) in Siliguri, West Bengal.

Company’s growing rural network

Hyundai Motor India Chief Operating Officer (COO) Tarun Garg said that vehicle sales in rural areas have registered a growth of 17 percent in 2022 as compared to 2019. We are confident that the company’s growing rural network, which has reached around 600 outlets, will go a long way in enhancing consumer satisfaction, he added.

Demand increased in rural markets in the last two years

According to Hyundai, the company’s sales in rural markets have crossed 1 lakh units in 2022, increasing by 17 percent as compared to 2019. The COO of Hyundai Motor India said that the demand in rural markets has increased in the last two years. He told that the company has opened more than 600 outlets in rural areas, whose purpose is to give the benefit of the company’s service to the customers living in the villages.

Which vehicles are in high demand?

According to Hyundai Motor India Company, customers in rural areas liked Hyundai Creta and Venue the most. Along with this, Hyundai’s affordable hatchback Santro Grand i10 Nios was also well received by the customers.
