What is Aadhaar Mitra?
Aadhaar Mitra is the new chatbot of UIDAI. You can access it by visiting www.uidai.gov.in. The chatbot is designed to enhance the user experience on the website and answer their queries related to Aadhaar. This includes tasks like Aadhaar Center Location, Registration, Updation Status, PVC Card Order Status, Complaint Status, Enrollment Center. The AI chatbot is currently available in both English and Hindi languages.
How to use Aadhaar Mitra:
- First of all you have to go to www.uidai.gov.in.
- Then you will see the box of Aadhaar Mitra on the homepage. It will be in the bottom right corner.
- Chatbot will open as soon as you click on this box.
- Then you have to click on Get Started to ask your question.
- You can type your question in the search box and you will get the answer.
