Bhavnathpur BDO Nandji Ram has applied to Bhavnathpur police station to register an FIR. In the light of BDO’s application, a case has been registered against Engineer Raju Kumar Prajapati in Bhavnathpur police station under case number 24/2024. Sections of Public Representation Act and Motor Vehicle Act have been imposed against the engineer.

Police seized the vehicle, legal action is being taken

The administration has also confiscated Raju Prajapati’s vehicle (JH01FL4444). In this regard, police station in-charge Krishna Kumar said that along with registering a case under relevant sections, the vehicle has been seized. Further action is being taken.
