Restrictions will continue on some routes from the midnight of 7 and 8 September till the midnight of 10 September.

Which routes will be banned

These routes include Mathura Road (beyond Ashram Chowk), Bhairon Road, Purana Qila Road and Pragati Maidan inside the tunnel. However, goods vehicles with valid permission such as milk, vegetables, fruits, medical supplies and other essential items will be allowed to enter the city. All types of commercial vehicles including buses already present in Delhi will be allowed to ply on the road network on the Ring Road and beyond the Ring Road towards the borders of Delhi. In addition, vehicles engaged in maintenance of the armed forces, paramilitary forces, police, disaster management, fire tenders, ambulances and emergency services such as road maintenance, power supply, water or sewage lines, communication networks, etc. will be allowed to move.
