Prime Minister Modi said this after meeting Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, the company that created ChatGPT. During this, Modi and Altman discussed points related to the regulation of AI.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said, thanks to Altman for the fruitful conversation. The potential of AI in boosting India’s tech ecosystem is truly immense and that too especially among the youth. We welcome all collaborations that can accelerate our digital transformation to empower our citizens. Earlier, Altman had said that during their meeting with Prime Minister Modi, they discussed about the tech ecosystem in India. He said that how India can benefit from artificial intelligence was also discussed with the Prime Minister.
