Howrah Court sentenced mother and lover to death in the case of brutal murder of one and a half year old innocent child.

Howrah, Maneranjan Singh: Mother Haseena Sultana and her lover Bhanu Shaw, convicted of brutally murdering their one and a half year old innocent child Sheikh Zeeshan Ahmed along with their lover in West Bengal, were sentenced to death by Howrah Fast Track Court Judge Sandeep Chakraborty on Thursday. . Let it be known that on Tuesday itself the court had declared both of them guilty. Government lawyer Arindam Mukherjee told the press that during police custodial interrogation, Haseena and her lover Bhanu have told that Haseena was married to Sheikh Riyaz. After marriage, due to a fight with her in-laws, Haseena had gone to her parents’ house with her husband. Haseena’s maternal home was in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. After a few days in her maternal home, Haseena gave birth to a child, but due to deteriorating relations with her husband, she threw her husband out of the house.

Eight years ago, the mother along with her lover had brutally murdered her one and a half year old child.

After this Haseena got involved with Bhanu Shaw. On December 22, 2015, Haseena had left the house with her one and a half year old son without telling anything to her mother. She reached Hyderabad with her lover Bhanu and started living in a rented house. When the daughter and grandson did not return, mother Rashida Biwi lodged a complaint at the local police station, but there was no trace of either of them. Lover Bhanu Shaw did not approve of Haseena’s son. On January 22, 2016, both of them hatched a conspiracy to murder the child and mixed sleeping pills in water and gave them to the child to drink. After the child became unconscious, Bhanu killed him by stabbing him with a knife. The incident happened on 22 January 2016.

Howrah GRP started investigation into the case

After the death of the child was confirmed, the next day on 23 January 2016, Hasina kept Zeeshan’s body in her travel bag. After this, Bhanu Shaw took the travel bag in the auto and reached Secunderabad station and kept it under the seat of the Falaknama Express parked there. When the train reached Howrah station, after searching the train, the Railway Police found a bag from under the seat. The child’s body was found inside the bag. Howrah GRP started investigating the matter.

Police arrested Hasina from Hyderabad

Meanwhile, Howrah GRP received news that a mother and child were missing from Guntur district. Investigating officer Sapan Das had reached Guntur. The child’s body was identified by looking at the child’s photograph at the local police station. Police came to know that the father of the child is Sheikh Riyaz. Sheikh Riyaz was traced by the police. After this the police reached Rashida wife’s house. Police came to know that Haseena was living in Hyderabad. Then the police arrested Haseena from Hyderabad. After arresting Haseena, Bhanu was also arrested. After the case continued for a long time, the court finally found both of them guilty and sentenced them to death.
