Lotus Electra EV variants and design
British car manufacturer Lotus has launched this electric car in three variants. These include Eletre, Eletre S and Eletre R. Its exterior and design appear to be inspired by Ferrari. The design of its headlight setup is similar to Ferrari. Its bonnet is quite big, on the front of which the company logo can be seen. This car gets arrow-shaped day running lights and an appealing headlight unit, on the lower part of which a heavy skit plate has been installed. Apart from this, it gets an active grille and large air dams at the front. Talking about the side profile, its cladding has been kept quite heavy and 11-inch 10 spoke alloy wheels are available. This car is also equipped with many advanced features.
Lotus Electra EV’s battery, motor and range
Lotus Electre EV has an electric motor, which is supplied power from a 112kWh battery pack. The power output of the motor in Eletre and Eletre S is 611PS and 710Nm. At the same time, the power output of Eletre R is 918PS per 985Nm. Its certified range on full charge is up to 600 kilometers.

Ex-showroom India price of Lotus Electra starts at Rs 2.55 crore, going up to Rs 2.99 crore. It has many ADAS features including 15.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, high quality sound system and autonomous driving technology. In the Indian market, Lotus Elettre electric SUV competes with Jaguar I-Pace and BMW iX. It can also be chosen as an alternative to the Lamborghini Urus S.
