Hyundai Alcazar Facelift will be launched with these changes

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Hyundai is ready to update its 3-row SUV Alcazar. Test mules have been seen in India, which are completely covered. No specific information has been revealed yet about the upcoming vehicle. But, new spy shots leaked from the Middle East provide interesting information.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Design

Hyundai India has been making waves in the compact SUV segment with Creta for a long time. The company also sells a 3-row version of the Creta called Alcazar. It is not just made by lengthening the Creta, but Hyundai has adopted a different strategy and given it a longer wheelbase, a different exterior design as well as a different trim lineup. Firstly, the Alcazar will have a different tail light LED design compared to the Creta and Creta N Line. For the Alcazar, Hyundai is adopting the Palisade-inspired vertical tail light pattern. We can see two parallel light bars joining the taillights of the Alcazar. There is also a high-mount LED stop lamp.

The spy shot also shows the same twin-tip exhaust setup as the current Alcazar and slightly higher roof rails. It seems that these roof rails may be used, which is not there in the current Alcazar. The shark fin antenna and ORVMs look similar to what was in the old Alcazar.

These changes are expected in Hyundai Alcazar Facelift

Alcazar lacked many features. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) was notably missing, which is very likely to be found in the facelifted model. Additionally, we expect Hyundai to offer ventilated seats for the rear seats, some kind of rear entertainment package, maybe even an ottoman for the rear passengers.

The car is also expected to have cornering light feature, soft-touch plastics, wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, memory seat function and some other features which the Creta and Creta N Line currently do not have.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Powertrain

As far as powertrain is concerned, Hyundai Alcazar The same 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine will be available which gives power of 160 PS and torque of 253 Nm. It can be mated to a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT. The 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine produces 113 bhp power and 250 Nm torque, it will be offered with 6-speed MT or 6-speed TC.
