Instagram is bringing new feature, will convert your photo into custom sticker for reels or stories

New Delhi. Meta-owned Instagram is testing a new “Sticker Creation” feature that will let users turn their photos into custom stickers to use in Reels or Stories.

Instagram chief Adam Mosseri explained how the new feature will work in a video shared on his broadcast channel.

“We’re testing a way for you to turn photos into custom stickers to use in Reels and Stories,” Mosseri said. You can create stickers from photos in your Camera Roll, or from images you see on Instagram. Are.”

This feature was first spotted by Engadget. The new tool will select the subject of the photo and remove the background, creating a free-floating sticker that can be placed over other content. However, this is a test and has not been made available to all users.

Meanwhile, Instagram is testing a feature that will soon allow some users to create polls in the comment section of their posts, giving creators another way to use content.

Mosseri announced this, saying that polls can be added to regular feed posts as well as comments on Reels.

They posted, “We’re starting a small test for adding or voting on a poll in the comments of a feed post or Reel.

We’re always looking for new ways to interact with friends and creators.”
