According to a report on the English website News 18, the viral video on Instagram is from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, where traffic policemen stopped a girl riding a scooter without a helmet for questioning. The report also states that the girl was allegedly riding her mother’s scooter without a helmet. Just last Tuesday, on the afternoon of January 23, 2024, three traffic police zonal officers were suspended following widespread traffic jam on the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway. Due to the ban on heavy vehicles entering Delhi from Gurugram till noon for the preparations for Republic Day, the crowd has increased significantly.
