Design

A large camera module has been given on its rear. It gives the look and feel of a premium device in terms of design.
Its rear is of glass and the phone is a bit slippery. Using it with a cover also eliminates this problem. Fingerprints do not fall easily on the device. Also, even without using a screen protector, scratch marks were not visible on its screen. This means that its screen does not get scratched easily. However, it does not come with any kind of screen protector.

In the range of Rs 22000, this phone comes with a curved display which can be called a big plus point. Despite being an affordable device, its display gives a very good experience. Its display offers vibrant and punchy colors. We did not have any complaints with its display in terms of both color and clarity. Be it binge-watching or watching videos-movies, its display was successful in delivering good viewing experience. Its touch and response rate also does not disappoint. Let us tell you, 6.78 inch 120Hz AMOLED display has been given in the phone. The Lava Agni 2 delivers better than many phones in the price range under 25000.
camera
It is not a camera smartphone but gives an overall good experience. So it cannot be associated with any feature. In terms of camera, don’t expect a great experience with it. It’s not bad but it’s not a camera focused smartphone either. Good shots can be taken from its primary camera in good lighting conditions. It has a 50MP primary camera and 8MP ultra wide angle lens, so that the right photos can be clicked.
However, there will be a lack of clarity and detailing in the pictures taken from its 16MP selfie camera. Also, the phone cannot shoot videos with the ultra-wide angle lens, which can definitely be called a drawback. Its main camera can shoot up to 4K resolution.

Lava Agni 2 has been given 8GB RAM with MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC processor. There is no microSD card slot to expand the storage but the phone comes with 256GB of internal storage. We tried playing some games on the phone and the performance of the phone was fine. We did not face any heating issue while gaming. Average gaming and good multitasking can be done on the device. The Agni 2 outperformed many phones in its range.
Software
With many phones coming in the price of 20000, there is a problem that many bloatware comes in them, but this is not the case in Agni 2. The phone gives clean stock Android experience. Lava has promised 3 years of security updates and 2 major Android upgrades with this phone. This will keep the device updated for the times to come. Overall, it does not get aids or bloatware regarding the software, which gives the best software experience.
Battery
The phone has a battery of 4700 mAh. On moderate use of the device, the battery lasts for a whole day. Its battery cannot be called the best but it delivers decent battery life. The phone easily delivers 6 to 7 hours of screen time. It comes with 66W fast charging support.

Lava Agni 2 is the best value for money device. From its looks to its performance in the range of Rs 25000. If you are looking for a mid-range phone that has a good design-look and feel, which delivers great performance and does not cost you a lot of money, then Lava Agni 2 can be a good option for you.
