Marks of 29373 students out of 34533 of UG Semester One Mid Semester not uploaded

Despite the instructions of Ranchi University administration, due to laxity of colleges, mid semester marks of 29373 students out of total 34533 students of Graduation Semester-1 could not be uploaded. Among these, out of total 32602 students of regular course, mid semester marks of 12368 students are pending, while there are 16319 students whose paper has not been selected yet. Thus, till now only 3915 students have been able to get approval to fill the form. Whereas out of total 1931 students of vocational course, marks of 686 students could not be uploaded. Exactly 1245 students have been given permission to fill the final year form. All colleges were instructed to upload the marks by April 2. Similarly, under FYUGP-One, out of 32602 students, the marks of 18354 students in the major paper have been uploaded, while the marks of 14248 students have not been uploaded yet. In Minor Paper, marks of 3988 students have been uploaded, but marks of 28614 students have not been uploaded yet.
Raj Bhavan has given instructions to regularize the session
In the light of Raj Bhavan’s instructions to regularize the session, the university administration had directed all the constituent/minority/affiliated colleges to upload the mid-semester marks by April 2, so that the final examination of the students can be taken on time as per the academic calendar. . The university administration has taken this laxity of the colleges seriously. Vice Chancellor Dr. Ajit Kumar Sinha has given instructions to identify such colleges. The Governor has directed to identify the persons responsible in case of delay in the session.
