Maruti Suzuki Invicto Booking : Maruti Suzuki India has started booking its upcoming premium utility vehicle Invicto. Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) told the stock market that the booking of this vehicle to be introduced on July 5 can be done with a payment of Rs 25,000. This booking can be done from the company’s premium retail outlet ‘Nexa Showroom’ or online.

With the Invicto, the company will enter the premium three-row segment. MSI is trying to establish a foothold in the segment of vehicles above 20 lakhs, while it is dominating the category of up to 20 lakhs. According to PTI-language news, MSI Senior Executive Officer (Marketing and Sales) Shashank Srivastava said that the market for the three-row SUV / MPV segment was 2.58 lakh units in the last financial year. In this, the sale of vehicles costing more than 20 lakhs was 1.2-1.25 lakh units.

MSI will get a strong hybrid model from Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) as part of the global collaboration between Toyota and Suzuki. TKM already sells the Innova Highcross in the domestic market and it will be supplied to MSI with some changes in design and other elements.
