More demand for flags with images of Rammay Ranchi, Ayodhya on Ram Navami

Ram Navami 2024: Ranchi- Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi has become Rammay due to Ram Navami. The entire atmosphere has become devotional with the Mahavira flag. Preparations for Ram Navami are going on everywhere. There is a lot of enthusiasm regarding this in the main road of Ranchi. Various types of flags have come in the market regarding Ram Navami. Ram Navami is on 17th April. This time, there is more demand for flags with the image of Lord Ram and Ayodhya in the market. Ranchi’s Tapovan temple has also been decorated. Mahant Omprakash Sharan says that this year we are celebrating Ram Navami for the second time.

More demand for flag with Lord Ram’s image
Yogendra Singh, who has been running a flag shop on the main road of Ranchi for years, says that every time on Ramnavmi, enthusiasm is seen in the city, but this time the enthusiasm is different. Everyone wants to see a glimpse of Ayodhya in their home. This is the reason why this time the demand for the flag having the image of Ayodhya and Lord Ram is quite high.

Decorate the house like Ayodhya
Rahul Kumar, who came to shop from Harmu, tells that this time the house has to be decorated like Ayodhya. I am seeing the same type of flag in the market also. There is a lot of variety this time. It is good to see that Ranchi is also getting decorated like Ayodhya. Ramdev, who is selling bamboo wood for Mahaviri flag, says that this time the demand for bamboo is also very high. This is being seen for the first time.

Ram Navami is being celebrated twice this year
Mahant Omprakash Sharan of Tapovan temple says that this year was very auspicious for us. We are celebrating Ram Navami twice this year. Ram Navami was celebrated at the time of Ramlala’s enthronement in Ayodhya on 22 January. There is a tradition of procession and tableau in Jharkhand, but there is no procession in Ayodhya. There the devotees first take bath in the Saryu river. Then visit Hanumangarhi. After this let’s have darshan of Ramlala. A procession takes place in Jharkhand. People come here also. We walk with the flag of Hanuman ji in our hands. Come here and have darshan of Lord Hanuman. Only after this one has darshan of Lord Ram. This tradition exists here also.

Tapovan temple is decorated like every year
This time too, like every year, the Tapovan temple has been decorated. Preparations are underway to make Prasad. A place has been secured for hoisting the flag. On administrative cooperation, Mahant Omprakash Sharan says that letters have been sent from our side every time, but we do not yet know what their preparations are. Every year the administration team comes to take stock of the preparations. The only appeal to the rest of the people is that the road is under construction. A bridge is being built. People should come carefully and cooperate with each other.
