Motorola announces new affordable phone with 6.5-inch display in India

New Delhi. Global smartphone brand Motorola on Wednesday announced the launch of its new affordable smartphone in the country that features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate.
The company said in a statement that the price of the new Moto G13 is Rs 9,999 for the 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant and Rs 9,499 for the 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant.
The device comes in two colors – Matte Charcoal and Lavender Blue and will go on sale starting April 5 across Flipkart, Motorola.in and leading retail stores.
“The smartphone sports an acrylic glass (PMMA) body and features an ultra-thin and premium design,” it added.
The new phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor for better performance, comes with a 50MP Quad Pixel camera system, allowing users to capture detailed photos, and also houses an 8MP front camera.
Additionally, the phone is equipped with two large stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos, which deliver an immersive audio experience, the company said.
Also, the new device comes with a 5000mAh battery.(IANS)
