Maruti Suzuki Flying Car: Till now, only hybrid and electric cars running on roads along with petrol and diesel are being manufactured in India. But, now very soon flying cars will also start being made. On Wednesday, the country’s leading automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India showcased the concept model of a flying car in Vibrant Gujarat. Along with this, the automobile manufacturer has also displayed the concept model of its upcoming electric car EVX. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also inspected Maruti’s Flying and EVX electric cars displayed at Vibrant Gujarat.
Flying car displayed in vibrant Gujarat
Maruti Suzuki India also showcased its updated prototype electric car EVX at the Auto Expo 2023 held in February last year. Apart from this, Maruti’s Japanese subsidiary Suzuki also showcased EVX at the Japan Mobility Show held in Tokyo from 29-31 October 2023. The most important thing is that Maruti Suzuki India, showing its interest in starting flying car service in India, has displayed the concept model of the flying car in Vibrant Gujarat.

Maruti EVX nearing production
Let us tell you that all-electric SUV concept has been included in Maruti EVX. The updated prototype comes with several subtle updates over the previous version showcased at the Auto Expo 2023. The production-spec Maruti Suzuki EVX will be almost the same size as the Grand Vitara SUV, measuring 4,300 mm in length. The updated prototype also hints that the car is getting closer to production and its design will be similar to the concept model.
What will be the price of Maruti EVX?
Maruti EVX has once again been caught on camera during testing in India. This time this vehicle has been seen charging at the charging station. The production model of Maruti EVX can be launched in India by April 2025. It is estimated that the price of Maruti EVX can start from Rs 25 lakh. This is a 5-seater car, in which five passengers can sit.
Maruti EVX battery, motor and range
Maruti EVX electric SUV will be provided with dual motor setup with 60 kWh battery pack. The company claims that this vehicle will be capable of covering a range of 550 kilometers. Features like large connected screen setup, wireless phone charging and 360 degree camera can be provided in this electric car. After coming into the market, it will compete with Hyundai Kona Electric and MG ZS EV. This will be a more premium option than Mahindra XUV400 EV and Tata Nexon Electric.
